• As per our No Return, No Refund Policy, archery goods once sold cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defective or damaged items received.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a defective or incorrect product, along with proof (images/videos).

• Replacement (if applicable) will be processed at our discretion.
