Powerful Features of the AXCEL Curve RXF Scope
Sjef Van Den Berg Signature Series
The Curve RXF was designed in collaboration with Sjef van den Berg, bringing a competition-focused approach to recurve aperture design. Its compact profile is particularly suited to archers who want to minimize visual interference from the scope housing while adjusting their sight position.
Slim Profile Design
The slim profile of the Curve RXF is designed to reduce the amount of scope wall visible when the aperture is moved vertically on the sight rail. This creates a cleaner sight picture for the recurve archer.
Reduced Tunnel Effect
The shortened aperture length is designed to significantly reduce distortion associated with the tunnel effect. This makes the Curve RXF particularly well suited to field archery, where different sight positions and target distances can require frequent adjustments.
14mm Inside Diameter
The Curve RXF features a 14mm inside diameter, providing a defined sight picture while maintaining the compact profile of the aperture.
High-Durability Fiber
The Curve RXF is supplied with 13cm of ultra-flex, high-durability wrapped fiber. Archers can choose between .019″ and .029″ fiber sizes and Red or Green fiber colors according to their preference.
Adjustable Rheostat Cover
The included rheostat cover allows the archer to fine-tune fiber illumination according to the surrounding lighting conditions. This provides greater control over pin brightness in changing outdoor conditions.
Interchangeable Aperture Discs
The AXCEL Curve RXF includes four aperture discs, giving archers multiple options for customizing the sight picture.
- #1: 1/2 inch
- #2: 7/16 inch
- #3: 3/8 inch
- #4: Square aperture
These interchangeable discs allow archers to select an aperture shape and size that suits their individual recurve archery setup.
Designed for Field Archery
The compact design of the AXCEL Curve RXF Scope makes it particularly suitable for field archery. Its shortened aperture helps reduce tunnel-effect distortion, while the slim scope wall helps maintain a clean sight picture when the aperture is adjusted along the sight rail.
