Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Suhag Archery, we request our customers to carefully review all product specifications, sizes, compatibility, and descriptions before placing an order. As we deal in specialised archery equipment, most products are sold on a non-returnable and non-exchangeable basis.

By placing an order on www.suhagarchery.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only. Due to manufacturer updates, production batches, lighting, screen settings, and product improvements, the actual product may vary slightly in colour, graphics, branding, packaging, finish, markings, or included accessories without affecting its performance, specifications, or authenticity. Such variations shall not be considered a manufacturing defect or grounds for return or exchange

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Suhag Archery reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product selection.
  • Incorrect size, colour, model or specification selected by the customer.
  • Products ordered by mistake.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, installed, modified or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, manuals, accessories or labels.
  • Any reason unrelated to product quality or order fulfilment.

All sales are considered final unless covered under the next section.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • A product with missing accessories

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, Suhag Archery may provide a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

4. Custom, Imported & Special Order Products

The following products are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalised products
  • Products built to customer specifications
  • Imported on customer request
  • Special procurement items

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the issue is caused by our mistake or transit damage, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.
  • For any other approved return, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges and payment gateway fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply according to the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Suhag Archery provides no additional warranty unless specifically mentioned.
  • Damage caused by misuse, dry firing, improper installation, accidents or modifications is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Suhag Archery is not liable for:

  • Improper installation or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage occurring after delivery.
  • Improper tuning or maintenance.
  • Injury resulting from improper use of archery equipment.
  • Courier delays, customs delays, natural disasters or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Verify compatibility before purchase.
  • Read product specifications carefully.
  • Provide accurate shipping information.
  • Inspect your package upon delivery.
  • Report issues within 48 hours.
  • Use all archery equipment safely and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

10. Right to Refuse Claims

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Fraudulent claims.
  • Insufficient evidence.
  • Claims outside this policy.
  • Removed or tampered serial numbers.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rohtak, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
