During his coaching career, Coach Sanjay Suhag witnessed many talented students struggle to access quality equipment. While their passion for the sport was strong, the cost and availability of equipment often became a challenge that slowed their progress.
Whenever possible, he encouraged students to continue training by arranging equipment, sometimes providing it without charge or allowing them to begin practicing before worrying about payment. His belief was simple—every student should have the opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy archery without unnecessary obstacles.
